Cancelling an order

  • You can cancel before the order is dispatched. Email or call us with your order number and you will get a full refund.
  • Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under the rules below.

Returning a product

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • it is unused, not fitted, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, and
  • you contact us first, by email or phone, with your order number and the reason.

When we replace or refund at our cost

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective (please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos).
  • The item is different from what you ordered.

What we cannot accept back

  • Parts that have been fitted, used or washed, or whose packaging or seals are damaged.
  • Items made to order, imported specially for you, or quoted on “Price on request”, unless faulty or wrong.
  • Electrical and electronic items, such as tuning modules, once opened, unless faulty.
  • Products damaged by incorrect fitting, accident or misuse.

If you ordered the wrong part or it does not fit

Contact us before fitting. If the part is unused and in its packaging, we can usually exchange it or refund it. In that case the return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the item, we confirm approval by email.
  • Approved refunds go to the original payment method (card, UPI or net banking) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take additional time to show it.
  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error. If you return a part for another reason, the shipping charge you paid is not refunded.
  • Manufacturer warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s process. We will help you.

Email [email protected] or call +91 99036 34695 / +91 97661 49909 with your order number. We will tell you how to send the item back and, where the fault is ours, arrange collection.
