Juiced Customs (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.juicedcustoms.com, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information Rules, 2011, and with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who is responsible

Juiced Customs, a proprietorship of Rohan Datta, 100 Raja Basanta Roy Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700029, India, trading as Juiced Customs (GSTIN 19AIEPD5899E2ZY).

2. What we collect

  • When you create an account or place an order: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order history.
  • When you pay: payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and a payment reference, but not your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
  • When you contact us or ask for a price: your message, contact details, and the vehicle or part you asked about.
  • When you use the vehicle selector or wishlist: your chosen vehicle and saved items, kept in your browser and, if you are logged in, your account.
  • Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and cookies needed to run the cart and the Website.

3. Why we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders, take payment, and send order updates.
  • To answer enquiries, give quotes, and handle returns and warranty claims.
  • To keep the Website secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
  • To send you offers or news, only if you have asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, with:

  • Razorpay for payment processing.
  • Courier partners (currently DTDC, Blue Dart and Maruti Courier) for your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
  • Our supplier and fulfilment partner, who supplies and dispatches the parts.
  • Technology providers who run the Website: web hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH, with servers in Germany), Cloudflare (security and content delivery), and Brevo (sending order and account emails).

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or by a court or government order.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the Website to work (cart, login, security) and cookies that remember your choices, for example your selected vehicle. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting and tax records. You can ask us to delete your account; we will delete or anonymise what we are not required to keep.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to marketing. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.

8. Security

We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and monitored systems. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Where your data is processed

The Website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH on servers in Germany, and uses Cloudflare’s global content delivery network. Order and account emails are sent through Brevo. By using the Website you consent to your information being processed outside India by these providers, under their security and contractual commitments.

10. Children

The Website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with its date.
