Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India to any pincode served by our courier partners.

Shipping charges

Shipping within India is free on all orders. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

Dispatch

Items we have in stock are dispatched within 2 working days after payment is confirmed. Imported or made-to-order items have a longer lead time, which we confirm when you order or on request.

Courier partners and delivery time

We ship with DTDC, Blue Dart and Maruti Courier. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Imported products

Some imported items, for example TEIN suspension, ship by sea freight, which is slower than air. If you need an item sooner, contact us for air freight and a quote.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we send you the courier name and tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Delivery attempts

The courier will normally make up to two attempts. If delivery fails because the address or phone number is wrong or you cannot be reached, the parcel may be returned to us, and re-shipping will be charged to you.

Please inspect on delivery

Check that the package is sealed and undamaged. If it looks damaged, take photos or a short unboxing video and email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Delays

We will keep you informed of any delay. We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, government restrictions or courier disruption.
