These terms govern your use of www.juicedcustoms.com (the “Website”) and any purchase made through it. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.

2. Using the Website

You must be 18 or older to place an order. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your account details secure, and not to misuse the Website (no scraping, hacking, fraud, or attempts to disrupt it).

3. Products, fitment and your responsibility

We sell OEM and performance parts such as brake pads, discs, brake lines, air filters, suspension and tuning products for cars and motorcycles.

  • Fitment information on the Website, including the vehicle selector and compatibility lists, is a guide based on manufacturer data. Always confirm the part number and your vehicle details (make, model, year, variant and brake or suspension specification) before ordering. If in doubt, contact us before you buy.
  • We are not responsible if a part does not fit because the vehicle details you supplied were incomplete or incorrect, or because your vehicle has been modified.
  • Brakes, suspension and tuning parts are safety-critical. They must be fitted and set up by a qualified mechanic or workshop, following the manufacturer’s fitting and bedding-in instructions. Performance parts may behave differently from original equipment, for example more brake dust, noise, or a different cold-brake feel.
  • Product photographs are illustrative. Specifications, finish and packaging may vary slightly from the manufacturer.
  • Some brands and products are not always in stock locally. Availability and lead time are confirmed when you order or on request.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Where a product shows “Price on request”, we quote the price when you enquire. A quote is valid for the period stated in it.
  • We may correct pricing or description errors. If a price was wrong, we will tell you and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets). We do not see or store your card details.

5. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or SMS and dispatch it.
  • We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot serve. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.
  • For imported or made-to-order products, you will be told the expected lead time when you order or on request. Some imported items ship by sea freight; air freight may be available on request at extra cost.

6. Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where the manufacturer provides one. We will help you make a claim. Warranty does not cover normal wear (for example brake pads and discs wearing down), damage from incorrect fitting, accident, misuse, track use unless the product is rated for it, or unauthorised modification.

8. Intellectual property

Brand names, logos and product images on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify genuine products. The Website’s own design, text and images belong to Juiced Customs and may not be copied without our written permission.

9. Third-party websites

The Website may link to other websites, such as brand or courier pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juiced Customs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from incorrect fitting, installation or use of a product, or from delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a consumer forum.
