Description WAGNER TUNING 200001019 Competition Gen.2 Intercooler Kit EVO 1 AUDI TTRS RS3
The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for the Audi RS3 8P Sportback (340 hp) and Audi TTRS 8J (340/360 hp). This kit delivers enhanced cooling and increased performance, setting new standards for both efficiency and power output.
The high-performance intercooler features extended core dimensions of 535 mm x 160 mm x 110 mm, resulting in a 40% increase in charge air volume compared to the original cooler. The Competition core uses advanced tube-fin technology to ensure maximum cooling efficiency, supporting consistent power even under demanding conditions.
Free-form end boxes made from cast aluminum, developed using CAD, provide optimized internal airflow and reduced back pressure. The kit is lightweight at only 6.7 kg and offers plug & play installation, replacing the OEM intercooler without complicated adjustments. The original intercooler hoses can be reused, and the unit is finished with an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties for long-term durability.
