The SPEED ENGINEERING 14831 Seat Console with Adapter is designed for the passenger side of the FORD Mustang GT350. The seat mounting is a safety-critical component developed with FEM simulation to support safety and weight optimisation.
The console provides the lowest possible central seating position. Component shapes and cut-outs are based on calculated and simulated stress distribution under load. The installation space is measured using a 3D laser scanner to reduce mounting hardware, simplify installation, and maximise available space.
- Reduced lever arms between mounting points help lower torque loads on the components
- Expandable with lap belt mounting
- Suitable rail available as an optional extra
- Requires individual approval in accordance with §21 by TÜV
